How much is shipping?
Most items offer free shipping. The few items that do not have a flat shipping rate of $5.95 per order. See individual items for free shipping offers. Use the shipping calculator to verify the shipping fee if any.

How long does Shipping take?
Shipping time is 3 to 8 business days including processing time. APO/AFO orders can take longer. Items with overnight shipping take one business day.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship outside of the USA. We also ship to military bases in any country. See the International shipping page for links to the sites that ship outside of the USA.
Do you ship to APO/FPO military boxes?
Yes we do. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for shipping time.
How do I convert shoe sizes?

Do you collect sales tax?
Sales tax is collected for items shipping to NY, California, Kentucky and Washington. Tax will be calculated at the time the order is billed (according to your county requirements). Sales tax is added at the time we actually charge your card.
How do I initiate a return?

How do I cancel an order?
Once an order is completed, there is no way for us to cancel it. We strive to ship quickly and cannot remove orders once completed. However, we do have free returns if you choose to return an order.
