How To Place An Order
Credit Card - You may pay using Visa/Mastercard or Discover. If you do not wish to place your order online you may fax in your order.
Please note: that all orders paid by credit card must include the actual billing address. You may ship to an alternate address but must include the billing address. Credit cards orders must also include the CVV2 code from the back of the card. Orders without the billing address or CVV2 code cannot be completed.

Most items ship within 1 to 3 business days. The shoes with special overnight shipping offered ship the same day if the order is placed by 5 pm eastern time. When using expedited shipping only count business days. Weekends and holidays should not be used in calculating delivery dates.
Sales Tax - There may be sales tax added to your order upon charging. Currently orders to NY and Kansas are taxed. Additional states may require sales tax.
