At Shoe Bungalow you have at least 30 days from the order date to return the item to us for any reason at all. We will refund you the price you paid minus shipping and handling charges.
We do require that the merchandise be in its original unworn condition. We also request that you send the merchandise back in its original shoebox. Items shipping with special tags or accessories must be returned with them. Returns not meeting these requirements will be returned and no refund will be issued. Shoeboxes must be returned as received. Please do not put tape, postage or writing on the shoebox. Boxes damaged in this way will be charged a $10 fee for box replacement.
Items returned after 30 days but before 60 days are eligible for store credit or exchange. Orders older than 60 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items priced under $20 are final sale and cannot be returned.
Items with prices ending in .97 are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To return an item please follow the instructions on your invoice. If you need further help please contact us at returns@shoebungalow.com.
We will send you a pre-paid return label via e-mail. The free return offer is valid in the USA only.
Once we receive your return we will inspect it and approve it for refund. We will then refund the purchase price of the return using the exact method used for purchase.
Exchanges:
If you choose an exchange we will ship the new item at no additional shipping cost. The free exchange shipping is good on your first exchange for any one order. Please note that our inventory changes rapidly. Exchanges can take up to three weeks. We suggest you order your new item online and return the unwanted item with our free label. This method will get you your exchange quickly. However, the free exchange is available if time is not a concern. |
